For AOL Television, our design strategy became the building blocks for a business plan.
Black Mercury threaded the fine line between design and business strategy with this engagement for the AOL television entertainment group. Early on, we provided competitive experiential analysis, persona development, and opportunity mapping. Once the foundation for our audience and opportunity was established, we created a range of low- and mid-fidelity prototypes that could rapidly illustrate a field of directions. Executive management could review, assess, and think expansively about potential product directions before a developer committed a single line of code.
