When a DC-based startup in the white hot on-demand space approached us for help, we saw a huge opportunity. Urgent.ly, "the Uber for roadside assistance", needed a new visual brand that communicated the trust and credibility inherent in the service offering. They also needed a tactical redesign of their mobile, web-based service request app focused on check-out efficiency and on-boarding. While the app redesign increased conversion by 40%, the fresh rebranding was met with rave reviews both by the client and the industry.
