Welocalize, one of the leading translation and localization service providers, had been limping along with a decade’s old brand that needed a serious overhaul. As part of a company-wide design program that retooled everything from internal project planning software to process management, Black Mercury reimagined the Welocalize brand. In addition to modernizing and simplifying the visual expression, we took on the “hidden challenge” that’s part of any true rebranding effort: socializing the new brand through the organization. This required comprehensive documentation, one-on-one communication skills, and a true commitment to the promise inherent in the new brand.
